OCWins Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OCWins, Malaysia's leading online entertainment platform. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and OCWins ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the OCWins platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS app — you expressly agree to comply with all terms set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy OCWins, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and our platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ocwins platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not as a representative of another party.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or betting prohibition list issued by any regulatory body.
• Not an employee, contractor, director or any party directly affiliated with ocwins or its associated companies.
• Never been blacklisted or banned by any other online betting platform for fraud or breach of trust.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. OCWins reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is found to be false or misleading. The identity verification (KYC) process will be carried out before your first withdrawal is approved.

3 User Account

You are solely responsible for the security of your ocwins account login credentials, including your username and password. ocwins recommends that you:

• Using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not sharing your account login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Ensure that the device you use to access ocwins has adequate security protection.
• Notify the ocwins support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

OCWins shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their own account credentials. All activity carried out through your account — even by a third party — is entirely your responsibility.

4 Deposits & Payments

OCWins accepts deposits via a variety of secure and verified local Malaysia payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and more. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Withdrawal platform.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities within the ocwins platform.
• OCWins does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed, except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• OCWins reserves the right to hold or block deposits if any suspicious activity is detected or if the transaction does not comply with the platform's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.

5 Fund Withdrawal

OCWins processes withdrawals quickly — in most cases in as little as 3 minutes. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• The member's account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Any active bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Withdrawal page.
• OCWins reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for compliance and identity verification purposes.

Under exceptional circumstances such as security audit requirements or additional verification, withdrawal processing may take longer. Our support team will always notify members should any delays occur.

6 Bonus & Promotions

OCWins offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and exciting seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Valid Until: Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Only: Members are not permitted to use more than one bonus simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Misuse Prohibitions: Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the OCWins platform — including slots, fish shooting games, live casino, table games, and virtual sports — are subject to their respective game rules as set by the relevant game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently certified by a recognised international certification body.
• OCWins cannot alter or influence the outcome of any game once it has begun.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, OCWins reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Wins resulting from software bugs or technical errors are void and not eligible for withdrawal.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Ocwins members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different name, phone number, email address, or identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's payout system.
• Making deposits using unauthorised payment methods or using third-party financial accounts.
• Spreading false information about OCWins through any medium, including social media.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ocwins systems or databases through any technical means.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure

Members may close their ocwins account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all balances have been withdrawn and there are no outstanding active wagers.

OCWins reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from authorised authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Discovery that a member does not meet the stipulated eligibility requirements.

10 Liability Limits

OCWins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred from wagering activities.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining their account security.
• Errors or delays caused by third parties, including payment providers and telecommunications networks.

Ocwins' maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Personal Data

OCWins is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy OCWins and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Data we collect is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, customer support and legal compliance. ocwins will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

13 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement as a whole, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
